I believe that if you truly want to grow as a person, you need to be able to look at yourself from a neutral standpoint.

Overwhelming feelings trapped in an isolated body can be very detrimental to a person’s mental health. I think that observing yourself without letting your feelings get in the way, can ease a lot of anxiety and help you understand your feelings. This will then help you accept yourself more and grow. To analyze parts of yourself and to question why you are the way you are is highly interesting, and who knows, maybe you’ll learn a few things about yourself along the way.
